We've tried to make our ordering process as simple as possible. You can order online or by phone.
Online
To order on our website simply select your chosen products and click 'Buy'. Once you have finished shopping proceed to 'Checkout' by clicking on 'View Basket' where we will ask you to confirm your order details, delivery address, enter any promotion or gift voucher codes and your preferred method of payment. You will still be able to amend your basket at checkout before being taken to our secure payment page to complete your purchase.
Phone
Alternatively we will be pleased to take an order by phone between 10am and 3pm, Mon to Fri on +44 (0)1372 842342. Please have your debit/credit card details to hand. If there isn't anyone to take your order when you phone leave your name and telephone number and we will call you back as soon as we possibly can.
Order Confirmation
Orders placed over the weekend or on a Bank Holiday will be processed at the start of the following week.
For online and phone orders we will send you an e-mail to confirm that we've received your order. As well as a summary of your order details, it will contain an order number which you will need to use in any communication with us about your order.
For telephone orders we will enclose an invoice and confirmation of your payment with the order.
Stock Availability
If the products you have ordered are in stock you should receive your order within 2 - 5 working days but please allow up to 10 working days for deliveries to reach you. If an item is unexpectedly out of stock, we will contact you by email and you may choose whether to wait until the item is in stock or accept a refund. For out of stock items you should receive your order within 10 working days of the stock becoming available.
Handmade Items
Please note that many of our products are made by skilled artisans who use natural and recycled materials. This means that there are often slight variations and imperfections in our products. We believe that this adds to their individual character and beauty.
Bespoke and Personalised Items
For bespoke and personalised items please see the individual product description for details on lead times. These items will take longer to dispatch as they are made to order and we will therefore advise you via e maill of the expected delivery date at the time of ordering.
Special Delivery Requirements
Please let us know before you place your order if you have any urgent requirements, we will provide you with a quote for faster delivery charges and do our best to meet them
