Dispatch
We are committed to dispatching orders as quickly as possible, usually within 2 to 5 working days, but please allow 10 working days for deliveries to reach you. Please let us know at the time of ordering if you have any urgent requirements and we will do our best to meet them. If an item is unexpectedly out of stock, we will contact you by email and you may choose whether to wait until the item is in stock or accept a refund.
Postage and Packing (UK Mainland Only)
We aim to send out all of our items in perfect condition and packed to the highest standard, as well as providing you with a straightforward and competitive postal service. We, therefore, charge a fixed postage and packing fee on all orders.

All orders are dispatched via Royal Mail.
Accepting Your Delivery
Please ensure that you thoroughly check your items for any damage at the point of delivery. A signature is required on all deliveries. If no one is available to sign for the delivery, Royal Mail will leave a card informing you of where the delivery may be collected. This is usually your local post office. Please make sure that you collect your parcel within the stated number of days otherwise it will be returned to us and further postage charges will be incurred. If this occurs, we will refund the cost of the items but will have to deduct any additional delivery charges we have incurred.
UK Non Mainland UK and International Deliveries
We are sorry, but we do not currently deliver to addresses outside the UK or to the following Non Mainland UK destinations- the Channel Islands. In such cases additional postal charges will apply, so please contact us before placing your order and we will be pleased to discuss how we can help with any specific requirements.
Gifts
We are happy to send gifts directly to the recipient on your behalf. Just make sure that you let us know in the order section of our website, where you would like it to be sent. Please inform us of any message that you would like to include with the gift and we will include it on a complimentary gift card.
